Name brand are Huggies and the cheap brand would be Parents Choice (Walmart Brand).

I have tried everything, and swear by luvs. They are about .16 cents a diaper. I know a lot of people say store brand works just fine, but my son leaked when wearing these through the night. I think they don't start until a size two or three. They are at walmart for $20 for a case of 120 (size threes). They fit the best too. They worked the best for him in his crawling stage, and now with his walking I don't have to worry about them shifting.
Also, I have never had a tab pull off when putting the diaper on, which has happend with pampers, huggies, store brands, etc. If you have had children before, you know this is a huge deal with a crying, kicking, crawling away child

I got tons of different kinds at baby showers, including "store brands". I know it's probably not what most people would expect, but the Parent's Choice from Wal-Mart and White Cloud ones have worked really good for us. We're only in size 1 right now. Honestly, Huggies leaked like crazy. I've had very few leaks with either of the "store brand" cheaper ones.

I think its all about personal preference. I tried Huggies, then Luvs and finally stayed with the Pampers Swaddlers. My son leaked through the Huggies, one time I had just attached the tabs and he peed right out the top. The Luvs worked great, but unfortunately my son's skin broke out when I used them. The Pampers Swaddlers were great, nice and stretchy and they absorbed really well, he stayed very dry even though he pees a lot. The only bad thing about the Swaddlers was they only go up to size 2, then you have to choose between the Cruisers or the Baby Dry kinds.

Pampers work the best for my two babies.
They don't leak and fit just right.
Baby's choice diapers also work good.
The worse kind of diaper for my kids was Huggies. I hated using them. THey would leak and the sticky tabs would come off. I hated using them.
I recommend Pampers.

I think that the best diapers are Huggies, i know that they are more expensive than others but i have tried off brands, pampers, Luvs. Huggies are more absorbent and seem to have a better fit than all the other diapers.

Pampers Swaddlers and Cruisers!!!! They don't leak, even on those really really bad days! But, they do have a stronger smell of urnine than other diapers. I however prefer that, then I know to change her instead of having her sit in urine. Huggies has the best wipes though!

I use huggies on my baby because the hold well and do not leak. I dont like the way pampers feel when they are wet and I dont like the plastic feeling of luvs. In my opinion I will never use anything but huggies diapers and their unsented wipes.

A good clothe diaper is best...for several reasons.
1 - They are cheaper and last longer.
2 - They don't fill up our landfills with plastic like the disposables do.
3. - They are environmentally safe in everyway.
4. - Babies have less diaper rash than with disposable.
5. - Long after the baby has been out of diapers, the soft cloth makes wonderful dust cloths.
Did you know it is cheaper to use a diaper service to provide the diapers than it is to spend 2 years or more purchasing disposables? They will bring you a fresh, sterilized batch when they pick up the dirty ones.
Because the clothe diaper "breath", your little one will have fewer cases of rash and irritation. You can always keep a supply of disposables handy for when you take the baby out of the house to the store, visiting - like that.
As for leakage, you can purchase "plastic covers" for use to put on over the cloth diaper to hand the wetness.
When I see the price of those disposables in the market, I am shocked. How can someone on a budget ever afford to pay that much for something that is not necessary..Amazing!!

I liked Huggies the best, as it was the only brand that my son didn't leak out of and they fitted him really well too, also he has never had nappy rash.
