Why is Yahoo! Customer Care so obnoxious to deal with?
Is it their extraordinary ignorance about their paying customers grievances or just their blatant lack of service?

All customr service places suck. I used to work for Washington Mutual & WaMu would cut our talk time down so short employees would hang up on mortage customers just so they could still get their bonus while the customers suffered. I'm sure many large companies are like this & only a small percentage of the calls get monitored (4 or 5 a month) so nobody cares. Small companies usually give big service. Looks like Yahoo's gotten too big for their britches.

Because they probably get very bored answering emails from some halfwit whos whinging because they got something pulled.

It's their automated responses to every email I have sent them, that do not EVER answer the question...I find that highly obnoxious.
