Akluis a top Contributor, wrote on a question that a vet must have a head injury and should not own a weapon when he is just trying to get the most for he's wallet size. I am hear to say as a true sniper that if you can't help people then just don't answer. The guy sounds like a young poor guy trying to set up a rifle to have fun with it, and if your worth anything then you help with education instead of putting down. Sorry you never understood that poor people want to have fun to. I'd be willing to bet that he could out shoot you. The question still stands on what scope to get. Lets see what people can really can come up with. Is there anybody that can come up with a better scope for the price?

How exactly does that work if they live in a communist society? I'm assuming the majority are poor, but how did the rich become rich? Also how do they get paid? Does the government set the wages or is it just that they overtax? Sorry if this is a stupid question, I just don't know how it all works. Thanks!

Code the program so that it reads the numbers from thennumbers.txt file. the program should write only even numbers to a new sequential file named evennumbers.txt.

I know to open a notepad window and type in the numbers and save it. My problem is writing the code to get those numbers from that file. This is my last and only programming class and I really really need help. Thankyou for all of your help.
