no we do use every single word in Quran in our day to day life but the accent is defferent , yes you will find that the people in some places don't use some words but you will find that these words are been used in other place in the Arab world
No there is no a single word that we don't understand at all, yes for me I don't understand some words and many people the same ,so we have to use Arabic dictionary but for the Arabic language experts the understand every single word for definite
No , there is not a single word that have a different meaning since 1500 years because the quran saved the Arabic language from change in the Fields which is connected to the Quran not the opposite
there are many regions in the all Arabic peninsula that have similar accent and grammar with Quran not only in the Saudi Arabia , these places was in very low contact with other Nations and language in the world so it kept the formal Arabic language of Quran
some of these places are:
Najed in Saudi
Najran in Saudi
aljawf in Saudi
Marib in Yemen
Shabwah in Yemen
aljawf in Yemen
some places in hadramwt desert
some places in Oman

The official Arabic language is used in the Quran. The written arabic is almost the same in the whole arab world, only spoken dialects differ from country to another. More than 85% of arabic words in Quran are still used today. There are no strange words which one can not understand. The meaning of each word is still the same since 1500 year. It is a complex book, very poetic, and requires good knowledge to be perfectly understood.

Any word from Quran that you don't use in your day-to-day life now?
there r some words..because it's written in Classic Arabic
Any word from Quran that you don't understand at all?
there r also some words because of the same reason( it is in classic arabic which we don't use in daily life) ..but when u read Quran..u will need to read the interpretation of it .reading Quran without the interpretation is not enough, because u will need to understand some events with more details
there r alot of interpretations but the well-known one is the interpretation that was done by "Ibn Kathir"
Any word from Quran that has different meaning from it used to be in 1500 years ago?
no,each word has the same meaning until now

Actually you can get an online webcast Arabic class from Egypt right now. I have a friend who uses it for her daughter. It is kind of expensive though. I think she pays $300 a month for a private webcast with a teacher from Egypt. If you look online, I'm sure you could find something you could start right now. But, if you have a good hafiz teaching you, you should be able to get good pronunciation, even living here. It is better to try it now, because the older you get, the harder it is to get perfect pronunciation in another language. So see if you can find classes where you live taught be an Arab or check online. Also, there is so much available online in terms of Islamic education. Since your language is English, that is probably a better option for you in terms of increasing your understanding than going to another country where it will be harder to learn Islam in English.

Any word from Quran that has different meaning from it used to be in 1500 years ago?
Quran is preserved in its original langugae since it was originally revealed to prophet Mohammed (PBBUH).
the Quran has a straight forward clear cut message, especially when it deals with the pillars of Islam, history of mankind and previous messengers, law, social relationship, doing business, respect others,..etc.
because Quran is valid for every time and place, there are also verses of the Quran that is open for interpretation. these are signs in the Quran that it came from God, and people will realise the sign when their skills and knowledge develop with time. A good example is the evolution of the embryo inside the maternal uterus is only briefly described, but the description is accurate, because the simple words referring to it correspond exactly to fundamental stages in its growth. This is what we read in a verse from the chapter al-Mu’minoon:
“I fashioned the clinging entity into a chewed lump of flesh and I fashioned the chewed flesh into bones and I clothed the bones with intact flesh.” Qur’an, 23:14
This was only realised by modern scince and there was no way that people who lived in the desert to know that 1500 years ago.

It's the Arabic that Muslims in the Arab world are taught to read and write in school. However depending on where you grow up determines which type of Arabic you speak.

the language of the qur'an is classical arabic, the language isnt spoken in homes
only governments, literature and such
it contains such high vocabulary and grammar
we understand it, but we dont speak it regularly
the qur'an is hard to understand because it is the words of God, it is the most appreciated book in the islamic world, and it influenced a lot of muslims' writing styles
