theres a free down load program that compares to photo shop ....what is the name of it ....i forgot ...thanks?

i heard the name on the radio....but i forgot the darn name ...please help me ..i need it ...but cant afford the 700$ that photo shop wants

    You may like PhotoFiltre, too.

    it incredibly is prohibited so this question could be deleted.. yet visit youtube and seek something like "loose Photoshop" or "Photoshop hack" and persist with a video that seems least confusing. this is how I have been given my loose Photoshop CS3! I actually have a Mac and that i think of you have a pc. in case you do have a Mac message me and that i will teach you the thank you to extra. good success! =)

    It's only a free TRIAL though, and is very good.
