How bad will the referees get in the NBA?

After seeing the b.s. with Joey Crawford and Tim Duncan, it shows how the refs are getting too big from their britches.

In college and the NBA refs have too much control over the game. You saw it in the NCAA tournament with Greg Oden and all the touch fouls they called on him that kept him out the games. Joey Crawford was definitely wrong when he threw out Tim Duncan. The two technicals were both personal T's and you can't throw someone out the game, just because you feel personally offended for someone laughing. Tim Duncan leaving the game could have been the thing that changed the outcome of the game.

After Tim Duncan got ejected from the bench, who knows what will happen next. Maybe Joey Crawford will eject the PA announcer for not announcing the foul call quick enough. Or maybe he'll eject fans from the game for booing him when he makes a bad call.

Some of the refs have been bad. I think what you saw with Crawford was what happens when a ref has an ego the size of Texas.

The NBA referess will get as bad as the fans let them get.

Bavetta, Crawford, Rush and company have long ran their course. Time for a major officiating overhaul.

As long as we allow them to have as much say as they do they will do whatever they want. It seems to me we are allowing them with to much control over the games. It is sad that they are in a union though so they are really protected that way.
