Firstly this statement We the people of India.... is a general statement not a personal contract between two or more parties, & even if you take it as a contract then you can always say no to such contract & leave your Indian citizenship. The mere fact you agree to it, it is valid contract even if drafted before your birth for which you have given your assent now. If you say you don’t agree to this as valid contract between you & the other people of India as this document which we call constitution of India represent all the people of India then we the people of India will not have any problem in ending such a contract with you & won’t mind taking away your Indian citizenship from you.
