Anyone find this odd?

So Jesse Jackson demanded that Imus be fired ebcause he was politically incorrect and hateful. Now as I recall, no one demanded that the REVEREND Jesse Jackson step down for "un-Reverend-like" behavior after admitting he fathered a child in an affair.

Does this guy have room to talk??

I think the Reverend should be defrocked.

Update:

I was just trying to point out that he was condeming someone for something he did himself--betray the positions they are employed in, and abused the responsability. That's all.

A wise man once said "Let he who is without sin, throw the first stone." Now that's a quote the good Rev's Jackson and Sharpton SHOULD be well aware of. Unfortunately, way too many so called "reverends" have made some pretty big blunders along the way, yet they seem to forget doing so. Just check the past speeches/behavior of Jim Baker, Billy Graham and any of that group. Some of their words should be a surprise, if not a total shock. Hint: Jackson is not the only one who has made disparaging remarks about Jews.

One day, we will learn to be color blind, and we will accept that there really is one God who goes by many nick names. At least, I sure hope we will, for my children's children's sake.

You are funny, but whatever, the question is useless because who even knew Imus before this crap? Jesse Jackson is huge nothing is going to happen to him. Don't waste your time asking useless questions.

Now, if Jesse Jackson was a woman you know he would have been gone in an instant. There is a double standard. You should know that already.

Yeah really! He also back in 1984 referred to Jews as "Hymies" and New York City as "Hymietown". He demanded Imus to be fired yet he said some nasty things himself.

Your right, wait racism don't work like that in this country. Imus is white therefore he isn't allowed to say anything.
