Yes. And I hope so. I hope it emboldens the states to make it tougher to kill children. Abortion is Child murder and Abortion Doctors are child murderers.

The Supreme Court decision is specific to the partial birth abortion issue.

And keep in mind that the media is mis-reporting what the decision actually did. It has been commonly reported that the S.C. "struck down partial birth abortions", or that it "ruled them unconstitutional". The media typically gets such things wrong, whether intentionally or otherwise.

What the court actually did was uphold the law, which was "overturned" by a lower federal court. Congress passed a bill outlawing partial birth abortions, and it was signed into law by the president. Subsequent to that, the law was ruled to be "unconstitutional" by some lower federal courts. The decision by the Supreme Court struck down the rulings of the lower courts, thus re-instating the partial birth abortion ban.

    The Supremes didn't ban anything.

The Supreme Court of the United States upheld the federal Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act of 2003, reversing lower court rulings. The Act prohibits "partial-birth abortion," except when necessary "to save the life of a mother whose life is endangered" by a physical disorder, illness, or injury.

Check the facts, partial birth abortions are a very small in number. Abortion is also a non issue. The morning after pill will be sold and that makes it a non issue. Republicans are investing in that pill. Republican doctors also made lots of cash in the past from abortions..

    unfortunately, no.

I think there should be a ban on all after the first trimester based on common sense ethics.
