I wouldnt suggest doing it on yourself. Just go to a professional stylist and watch while you wait and you will see how difficult it can be.

You'll have to braid your natural hair into cornrows and take the wefted tracks and sew them into your braided hair.
A word of advice, I did sew in weaving for a year and I hated it because my stylist would braid too tight. My hair did benefit however. It grew stronger and much much longer.
Try looking into a lace wig. There are some hair salons that do provide that option for $200 compared to what Beyonce would pay for hers. Ask around. You'll be surprised. I had one made for me for $225 and it last for 2 years. And I don't wear my weave all the time since my hair's long anyway.
