This morning i had banana and ceral with milk and then i had to go doctor appointment and i ate at wendy's chicken buger, fries, chicken nugget and med sprite (this was around 300pm... and then when i got home at 600 didn't eat much because i was not hungry.. but i late on i ate slice of bread.. boiled egg (but was talking to my friend on phone and close the egg to early).. (it was not done yet) :( so now i have to heat back up and make it cook and i ate another slice of bread. and now waiting for my egg to be cook..but when i came home i was still full from the big meal i had.. I donot think it health.. and i ate slice of bread again so i can take medication...Should i just eat egg with something slice of bread... or should i just have bigger breakfast.. i am not that hungry...

I ate a ton of things that I questioned. I could have eaten oatmeal and a whopper everyday of my pregnancy. However, I ate oatmeal and a bagel for breakfast almost daily. I ate a full lunch salad and entree and ate light in the evening because I had such horrible heart burn. The evening was really my snack period. But I think that the maternal instincts kick in and tell us just what our little one needs and sometimes wants. I also had a huge problem with gummi worms. Congradulations!!!

The old addage "you're eating for 2" can certainly cause some distress, lol. You CAN eat larger amounts of food while pregnant and still stay heathy. To be honest, your Wendy's lunch isn't the best thing for you right now. If you're going to eat fast food, I would try to stick to the "grilled" chicken as opposed to the fried. As for the cereal and banana and the egg & bread...good choices! Raising your protein (try just the whites and leave the yolk) is always a good idea and make sure you'ree getting good calcium too.
As boring as it may sound...right now, your best bet to manitain a healthy pregnancy is a sensible, well balanced diet. It really does make a difference. Of course, being pregnant DOES mean that you ge tto indulge sometimes too, lol. The best advice would be...EVERYTHING IN MODERATION. Don't deprive yourself, but don't "treat" too often either...you'll pay for it in the long run. Good luck with your pregnancy! Take care of yourself!
