Factoring a Four-Term Polynominal?

Factor the expression below for the best answer.

    First, just factor out 9t^2 from the first two parts and then put paranthesis around the last two parts to make the (3t + 5) look the same twice

    9t^2(3t + 5) - (3t + 5)

    then, there is a common factor of (3t + 5) attached to 9t^2 and a 1 even though you don't see the 1 but it's there (This was the hardest step for me to learn)

    (9t^2 - 1)(3t + 5)

    then just factor the first part down even more

    (3t + 1)(3t - 1)(3t + 5)

    Take the 1st and 3rd terms, then the 2nd and 4th terms together:

    (27t^3-3t) + (45t^2-5) = 3t(9t^2-1) + 5(9t^2-1)

    = (9t^2-1)(3t+5) = (3t+1)(3t-1)(3t+5)
