How do i burn these calories by tonight?

Ok so i ate this big cup of soft chocolate icecream after coming back from shopping (for 2 hours) and i want to burn all the fat by tonight (7 pm). Me and my friends are going to have a girl's hang out night tonight but i dont think ill loose the calories there... (we're going to be watching movies, eating, ect.)

So, what advice can you give me on what to do before i go, healthier things to eat tonight and etc.?

Well my legs really hurt from track lol sooo... anything besides running please? :P

    Go run around the block a couple times, haha exercise is really the only way your gonna burn any calories....and maybe you should eat veggies and dip and drink water and things like that instead of goin crazy with the chips and sodas

    Go for a jog or walk outside....that way you don't have to fool with driving to the gym...or if you have a workout video, do that since you won't have to leave the house....just today I wanted to work out, so I decided to ride my mountain bike...I went for a couple of miles and I felt alot better....tonight if you are having a girls night watching movies, you know everyone is going to want to eat junk food...popcorn is better than chocolate, cookies, ice cream...and if you go for candy, do gummy bears or something....they have very low fat and you can still feel satisfied while you are munching with the rest of them...oh yeah, and drink diet soda....and have fun!

    i just read the answer below...if you do veggies and dip...check out the label on the dip...major calories...is really delicious, though....

    Boxing moves burns off calories like mad.

    Maybe just cut down on your eating tomorrow.

    I usually go to the gym and run on the treadmill for alooooooooooooong time lol
