Safe Exercise after appendicitis surgery...?

I know its a little soon considering it was 5 days ago, but being at home all day taking care of my 10mnth old twins has taken a toll on body, what are a few safe ways I can work out without putting too much strain on my body.

    Walking is good, non-strenuous activity.
