labour and other costs are so cheap in India this is the reason companys are moving over there.

well have you tried opening a website based in India that has flash? They are generally VERY VERY slow.

Better going for something reliable in the UK if thats where you are - for the follwing reasons;

customer support can understand you and respond to you correctly in your own language

uptime will most likely be significantly better - i have deal with many foreign websites and they are not as reliable

plus the will most likely have a smaller turn around of staff, so you get better more personal service
