Why dont the government allow people to buy arms without license ?it can control population ????

Because thats the law.

I have legally purchased many guns without any license. A license is required to carry a concealed firearm. I can keep a hand gun in the car with me as long as the ammo is in another compartment such as the trunk or a lockbox. It just makes it take a little longer to pop in a clip.

here in europe we have far more civilized wazs to regulate population - anticonception pills, condoms etc. we don't need to shoot each other. may I suggest some human solutions to your spawns regulation?

because were supposed to be living in a civilized society where people dont go around shooting each other....this is the 21st century...where have you been???
