make-up.....?

I'm thinking of changing my make-up...

Looking less...dead.

I love my paleness..

But, yeah...

Mmmmhmm

What do you suggest as far as colors and stuff?

Details please.

Though it's hard to tell by your pictures, it looks like you have beautiful big eyes and pretty clear complection.

As to not change to drastically at once, I would suggest an easy natural look. Less eyeliner, don't make it as thick along the top and only go about half way along the bottom lash. The more you outline the eye, the smaller they actually look. Maybe some concealer under the eyes to hide any darkness. Blending is the key to properly use concealer!! Use it only on the inside of the eye as it can sit in the creases on the outside. Add some lipgloss in a clear or soft neutral tone.

Then once you get us to that and you like the 'not so dead' look, you can add soft neutral eyeshadows and blush.

    Hope that helps!

Try any of the mineral makeups. Bare Escentuals is the main one, but there are less expensive ones that you can get on eBay. You can still keep your paleness, but you can add a little touch of color with their Glee, which will give you a rosy glow. They also have a powder that you dust on over your makeup that gives the hint of sun. Also you need to lighten up around the eyes - your liner/shadow is way too dark. With the mineral eyeliners/shadows you can go a little lighter but get the same effect.

If there is a MAC store around you its the way to go! They agree to give you a lesson if you buy 40 dollars worth of product at the end. They are so talented and I have them teach me new stuff each time I need to buy more makeup. There website also has faces and examples of cool things. Good luck. My tip use moisturizer with sunscreen a bronzer and lip gloss that compliments your skin tone- no lip liner!-and dont forget how important highlighting is. good luck!
