Help My dog is too cute (picture to the right)?
I got my dog a few months ago. I never knew what hell it would make my life. EVERYWHERE i go people stop me and look at my dog and ask me a ton of questions. She even caused two people to get into a car accident because they were looking at her. Ive even been stalked by a mentally handicap person for over 45 min. But the worst is having people asking me if they can breed their dog with mine. I cant believe my dog is being asked to have sex more than i am.
Any suggestions??? Dont get me wrong i love my dog and i will never lock her up at home or giver her away.

It is amazing how many people will approach you and talk to you when you are out with the dogs.
It is more fun if I am walking 2 male dogs and someone asks me if I breed them LOL
Don't get upset there is a lot of ditzy red necks out their, ask some friends for help on a funny comeback for when they ask that question
I often get asked if I race my dogs my comeback " nah! I am not fast enough"
Or if I got asked if my brindle greyhound was a Pitbull., I nod my head yes then pout as say "unfortunately she fell infront of a steamroller"
And whether I am breeding my dog(when I have the 2 males)
I bend over and look under each dog look , shake my head no and say " Nah! I don't think that will work to well"
Some of the expressions I get are priceless LOL
Your comeback could be what you said here
"I cant believe my dog is being asked to have sex more than i am.
" then add laughing "sorry she is spayed"

Are you serious? LOL! Well, when my dog was a puppy I had the same problem (still do just not as badly because she is much bigger now!) You're best bet is to tell people she bites. Or that she doesn't like new people. I understand that all the attention your dog brings is a little disconcerting but just enjoy it! I mean, think of all the people with an ugly dog or just an average non-descript dog who wish there babies had not lost that puppy look when they grew up! Enjoy it! Maybe you can pick up a man that way! (No offense to that by the way!!)

I have the same problem with our mini dachshund. People have even had enough nerve to pick her up without asking me and it is infuriating. I just tell people as politely as possible that she doesn't like to be picked up and she doesn't like strangers. I'm sure it offends some people but then again you can't make everyone happy all the time. Be proud of your beautiful dog but remember she is YOUR dog and you are the only one who can make decisions for her.

LOL, My only answer to that is get her one of those sweaters or a T-shirt that says "yes, yes I know I'm cute....Now SHUT UP!!" But if that's too loud and proud for you try walkin her in less populated areas, or at times when people are less likely to be around. SHe looks to me to be a visla and they can be eye turners, something about that wonderful red color. Irish setters have the same problem I have heard. Good luck

I'm totally with you on this one, javo j - I can't take my mini dachshunds anywhere either. And OMG, when I have Gretchen Wilson out, our choc dapple, I cannot get anywhere or get anything done because people are always wanting to pet her and ask questions about her! I feel for you! Good luck!

ok well the dog on the left is very cute but i dont understand what your problem is? would you rather people tell you your dog is cuter then you? and insult you? smile say thank you and walk away how difficult is that?

Your doggie looks so pretty and sweet. She'll be glad to know that she's getting favourable attention and admirers. It's ultimately your decision whether you want to allow her to breed. If she does though, she will pass on her good looks and i'm sure her good nature.

Be selfish with her!! If it gets too bad, have her spayed. That will cut down that noise from other people. I suggest you keep her to yourself until these odd folks can get it together enough to leave you and your baby alone. Good luck!! DOGS RULE!!!
