Can you rent a car if you have a limited license (interlock)?
My husband got a DUI a few years ago. He still has an interlock in his car due to PA law. We are going to FL next week for vacation and we have two small children- we HAVE to rent a car.
Do any places allow you to sign up online and go right to the car without showing your ID? His driving record shows active and good, the license is marked interlock.
I am not old enough to rent a car.
We're staying at a relative's house that is too far to take cabs every day.

Most of them will only if you become one of their gold or platinum members. Hertz will let you do that. You can give them all your information online and reserve the vehicle of your choice and go there walk out and get it. But you have to pay i think like $50 dollars a year for it. All the others like National, Avis and Enterprise have a program like that too. Not sure about Dollar, Budget, or Alamo.
Hertz #1 Club Gold
Hertz #1 Club Gold membership gets you on your way even faster:
Speed and Expedited Service - At over 40 of the world's busiest airports, there's no stopping at any counters. And, at over 1,000 locations around the world, simply go to the specially designated Gold counters, show your driver's license, and pick-up your keys.
Selection - Reserve a specific brand and model on popular vehicles at major U.S. airport locations in select vacation locations.
The annual membership fee is only $50 for Hertz #1 Club Gold, and the minimum age for enrollment in Hertz #1 Club or #1 Club Gold is 25 (exceptions apply).
