Have you ever had a severe sunburn?

Yes. Last month on my honeymoon! We were at the Great Barrier Reef - even after applying loads of sunscreen all day... Was sooo blistered. My back is still red.

In 1990 I went to Virginia Beach with my mom and my best friend. We went to the ocean for a few hours. I applied what I thought was tanning oil, it turned out to be tanning accelerator......I had 4th degree sunburn and it was so bad that I burnt the muscles in my calves....2 weeks later when I went back to work I had to use a lawn chair because I could not stand on my legs.

And then we have August of 2005.I went to Myrtle Beach. We decided that we would go on a dolphin excursion....to see the dolphins in their natural habitat. I LOVE dolphins and was looking forward to it. It was a 2 hour boat trip. This time I got 4th degree sunburn and sun poisoning, and to this day......over a year and a half later, I STILL have tan marks from that "ordeal".......got to love it

Yes. I was really careful to cover my son from head to toe in sunscreen but didnt cover myself.

yes it was so bad i had to go to the emergency room.i stayed out on Pontiac Lake all day.i paid for it.
