Lost & Grey´s Anatomy?

In Grey´s there is Doctor Derek Shepherd, and in Lost Jack is Dr Jack Shephard.

In Grey´s there is Dr Preston Burke, and in Lost Juliet is Dr Juliet Burke.

Both are ABC´s series, do you think is a coincidence?

There is also an Isobel [was anyways, she got shot] on Lost. Isobel Stevens from GA. There is a Dr. Addison on Lost. And of course Addison on GA. Yeah, someone is a copycat.

Cool! I've noticed the Dr. Shepherd thing. But I never even thought about the Dr. Burke. thing. That is cool!!

Probably. That's what they claim anyway. Of all the names in the world you'd think they could find different ones, though.

I think this shows that someone is NOT using their imagination. Specifically, the writers. And if they're not using imagination, what are they even doing there.

No, I think the writers are just either lazy or unimaginative when it comes thinking up surnames.

I think that you are reading way too much into it...just let them be what they are fictional television shows!
