I haven't been able to move mail or delete all morning. Anyone else having this issue?

I'm watching now and once again I don't understand - when they're making the "hard right turn", why did everyone have to go to the right side of the bus. I saw the right side lifting, but it still doesn't make sense to my little un-engineering mind. To me, the logical thing to do would have been the left. Why - when they're making a hard right - do the right wheels lift up? This is a serious question that has been bothering me since I first saw the movie. Help please.

'Heroes' Finally Defeated by NBC

"Heroes" was officially canceled in May, but there was some talk from the show's creator, Tim Kring, about a possible TV movie to give fans some closure with their favorite characters and story lines. At the end of the final season, the indestructible Claire Bennett (Hayden Panettiere) revealed her superpowers to the world during a live TV broadcast. Kring had hoped to make that the plot of the TV movie.

Guess NBC won't be my network of choice this season - apparently what the viewers want has no affect on their programming or plans.

Any other opinions?

David Hayward was one of the most despicable characters out there, but he was fun to watch. So who's left as the great villain? JR? Please! Every soap needs a good villain, and AMC just let their best get away.

Are the viewers as hyped about Brenda's return as ABC? I haven't watched in years, and she's not my favorite character, but I just wondered - is the hype worth it? Want honest answers, not just slams.

I love time travel & alternate realities. But!! Did they change their own reality? did they go to an alternate reality? can it be put back like it used to be? Only serious sci-fi people respond please.

Am I the only one that realizes that its his arrogance that puts his kids out there? It's not like he's a good example.

I read a blog that talked about Michael telling Hurley last night that the whispers were the voices of people who had died but were stranded on the Island. Blog said, didn't they represent the coming of the Smoke Monster? My question (sorry it took so long) - couldn't it be the spirits of those stuck there Warning people about the coming of the Smoke Monster? Any opinions?

I was moving documents to the correct files yesterday, and looked up and one of my most important files had completely disappeared. I know the "name" of the file but when I go to "recovery" it wants a back-up disk, but I hadn't backed up in sometime. Does anyone know if there is a way to "recover" or "retrieve" this file without a back-up?

Anyone else having problems with their Yahoo Mail today? I haven't been able to get into mine for the past hour.

Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos are set to guest on AMC this January.

Whoa ... this is a big one. Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos -- the real life marrieds who met on the set of All My Children -- are bringing their beloved characters, Hayley and Mateo Santos, back to the show! It's to help celebrate the show's 40th anniversary (slated for January 5th, 2010). Expect them to air on January 4th and 5th. Kelly broke the news on Live with Regis and Kelly. Got this today from Soapnet.com. Ain't it great. They were always 2 of my fav characters, and Haley not calling Adam with everything going on just didn't make sense in any form or fashion. She was particularly crazy about Stuart, and for her not to call when he was killed is pretty close to sin.

Does anyone know if it is possible to e-mail, as an attachment, a table created in Microsoft Access 2007? If so, how? I tried to ask the question on the M/S site, but it wasn't working properly (at least not for me). Thanx to all.

It has been confirmed that Thorsten Kaye will tape his final scenes in New York and will not continue as Zach when the show moves to Los Angeles.

Longtime All My Children cast member Ray MacDonnell, who plays Dr. Joe Martin, will not join the cast when the show moves to Los Angeles at the end of this year. Instead, he will retire.

In the same press release, it was confirmed that another vet, Susan Lucci, who plays Erica Kane, will continue in her role. She will not move her family to L.A., however, but will commute to tape scenes.

Others continuing in their roles include: Brittany Allen (Marissa), David Canary (Adam), Bobbie Eakes (Krystal), Melissa Claire Egan (Annie), Stephanie Gatschet (Madison), Ricky Paull Goldin (Jake), Vincent Irizarry (David), Michael E. Knight (Tad), Jamie Luner (Liza), Adam Mayfield (Scott), JR Martinez (Brot), Cameron Mathison (Ryan), Debbi Morgan (Angie), Cornelius Smith, Jr. (Frankie), Denise Vasi (Randi), Darnell Williams (Jesse), and Jacob Young (JR). Alicia Minshew (Kendall) will be on maternity leave as of November.

Soaps.com has learned that All My Children's Aidan Turner, who plays the popular character Aidan Devane, will be let go in time for the show's move to Los Angeles!

Aidan will work until his current contract has been fulfilled.

In a statement, ABC had this to say, "Mr. Turner’s departure is storyline dictated. Given AMC's upcoming move to Los Angeles, we wanted to give Mr. Turner advance notice so he could plan accordingly. Mr. Turner is a talented actor and we wish him well."

Soaps.com is disheartened to hear of this development, but certainly we wish Aidan all of the best in his future endeavors, and thank him for all of the pleasure he's given us during his tenure on AMC.

I think they just brought him there and then forgot about him. He had so much more potential than they gave him a chance to show. Any opinions?
