How can i lose more weight?
Right now, I am eating healthy. Really watching my calorie intake and not eating junk food. I also work out at Curves 4 days a week plus I do TaeBo and the exercise bike at home occassionally. Is there anything else I can do to increase my results?

Yes be patient and keep doing what you are doing. Actual weight loss sometimes doesn't kick in until about 6-8 weeks after you made these lifestyle changes.

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. i stumbled on the e book to be very informative and elementary to envision. i have lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm in basic terms worried that i'm dropping too a lot weight, too straight away. i will admit i have not followed the training guide precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the listed meals and meal plans (yet as a rule) and doing little or no exercising, despite the indisputable fact that the burden keeps flying off. It obviously works and if i might want to followed it precisely i imagine it would want to scare the residing daylights out of me simply by volume that i might want to lose. So thanks again for the information. i have not in any respect bought something like this formerly because they are in a large number of cases finished of trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful marvel. commence in the present day!

Sounds like you are very focused. Maybe add in three 30-40 minutes walks per week. Congrats on your hard work. You are going to lovely results.
