What's the best way to get rid of stretch marks?

There is no real way to get rid of stretch marks... in time they will fade, coca butter helps prevent them, after i had my daughter i used mederma for scars and that made them go away faster than any "stretch mark cream"

Some creams will help make them smaller maybe but I believe the only way to actually get rid of them all together is plastic surgery. A stretch mark is where the dermis below the skin layer actually tears.

Lotion and massage are the best bets. Stretch marks are scars, once the skin is damaged its impossible to repair it back to its normal state. Try vitamin E or Strivectin. Massage improves muscle and skin tone and can break up some of the scar tissue. You can only minimize not completely remove.

Go to a Vitamin or health food store and find some Vitamin E oil.If you rub this on the affected area,it should help.I know with small scars and stretchmarks it can make them almost disappear.There is also a product for recently pregnant women that is supposed to help,but I would read that label very carefully before I tried it.Good luck.
