    I had heard from a headhunter, which I suppose is a more ruthless term ;) that it can be quite stressful having to make sure that one gets a certain amount of applicants job placements, perhaps like a quota.

    I believe their base salary is pretty low, but they receive nice bonuses based on the revenue they manage to generate.
