if u can help..plz no silly answers..?

i've been cying yesterday till i slept from the terrible headache ..i'm at work now but so depressed still in my bad mood can't forget what's hurting me i dont want to talk about it coz it's useless all i need now any words to calm me down..

i really want to thank all the nice people who cared to answer..they really helped and they make me feel better i didnt expect all these sweet answers..luv u all and i wish u'll never get sad..

    Well, the only thing I can tell you for sure is that the pain will go away eventually; that's just the nature of things... I know it's hard but try do something you like or be with someone you like to take your mind off it. and just remember that tomorrow is a new day and it will bring new things to you...

    All people, whether rich or poor, young or old have their own set of problems. The problem aggravates when we cannot accept whatever hurt has been done to us. I know how it is to be hurt because I have been hurt so bad to the point of thinking of how to end my life. But I came to realize that whatever hurt I feel will all subside. Time heals all hurts. You just have to give it time to heal. It is not easy , I Know, but it can be done. Getting depressed will lead to more depression. You must get over your hurt by not thinking about it. Just forget it. Divert your mind to happy things, things that can make you laugh. Associate yourself with happy people. Treat yourself. Enjoy the view. Take a break. Do something which will keep you busy. Call a friend whom you can share your burdens. Pray. If this is something new to you you might just try it. Life is beautiful and full of hope. Don't lose it.

    I suggest u rest it out dear. Your health comes first. If healthwise you aren't doing well, you cant work properly-Take the day off.

    Try to change your mindset-you should feel better physically.

    Also try aroma therapy ( lavender calms you down and makes the muscles relax and you'll sleep well).

    Get to the doctor as well cause the only terrible headaches I know are migrains.

    Any painkillers containing Paracetamol are good for headaches.

    I can help you, please try to journalize your anger, this will remove some of the pain you have store in your heart, the more you don't talk about it, the more it's killing you. You can try to write it down on your notebook , talk to friends , take it to the internet, you will find relieve by doing so, trust me, i have been thru it, when i found out my husband cheated on me, i cried, but crying is not enough, so i try the above tricks, and finally i got my ego back, i kick him out, and after a year , here i am happy even though separated... express it out dear.

    All of us suffer from depression at sometime or the other for reasons that are not clearly known by us. It would really help to recover from this by spending time with nature. You'll surely find the difference.

    The only thing useless is your thinking it's useless. Any problem can be fixed, because you're the one who can fix it. No matter what happens, everything can be okay... because you decide what's okay and what's not. This is my general understanding of life: Live is never defined by the events that occur but only by how they are perceived by each person and how they are chosen by each person to affect them.

    I ain't tryin to make fun of you, but you posted this shortly after I posted mine. I know you'd never let me know if it was who I think it is or not, but I have my suspicions that a decision I have yet to make public will not make any difference to what is now going on. Lose the bad mood, confront who or what is making you have a bad mood and hell, if it is me (rick) and you are who I think you are - you know where to meet me at about 1230.

  • I have heard this helps you relax, try it out, its worth the shot.

    Put your tongue against your pallet, and breve in slowly in and out throe your nose, holding your hand on the upper part of your tummy just below your ribs. Do this about 3 times antd try to think of something realy special in your life, does not matter how small it is.

    Calm down, hear some soft music like Carvanasary from kitaro. That song makes me slow. Sketch something, with that you will know what makes u depress, try it

    its easy for me to say forget it and more on, but we both know that not what going to happen if i tell u.

    u need to think of how you've been hurt and use that to concor what ever u are going trough now.

    go be with friend who will take your mine off him, try and push yourself to have fun dispite you are hurting and soon you will be fine.

    dont forget that time heals everything.
