Depends on the wireless router you have.
If you can log into you wireless router (using your router password) go to the wireless security tab. The WEP passwords (typically a sting of letters and numbers) should be on one of those pages.
If for some reason you can't log into your router then you will need to could do a manual reset on your router and use the default password (in your router instruction manual) to log in and re-setup your wireless security.
Unlike what one of the other answerers said you are not sh*t our of luck (SOL). There are way to figure it out.

If you set it up and have access to the router settings, you can deactivate it or change it. If you did not set it up, you are going to have to ask the person who did or the admin of the network. There are programs to find the key if you set up the original network. One other option, if you have access to the router itself (presuming that you set it up that is) you can usually reset the router manually and it will often reset the settings on it. If you set up the network, you may be able to use programs like Network Magic or others to find out what your Encryption key is.
Easiest way though would be to check the router setting directly. Of course, if you have a computer that is already set up on the wireless network, you will be able to get the WEP key that it is using and set it up that way by just typing it in the proper slots on your computer.

You are not SOL you can find it on your router. Go to a computer that is hard wired into the router with a lan cable and type in the router's ip address. Go to the wireless tab and you should be able to find it somewhere there.

You can go into the routers config. Some will allow you to see it. If not, just reset the defaults and start over.
