Help on decorating my room?

Hey I'm like 15 and I hate the way my room looks, I'm more into the punkish/goth style and I'm not allowed to paint or out in new carpet, my current carpet is pink and my walls are white.......any tips are welcome, I mean, I'm redoing everything, including my tables, and I would like some ideas of accories to put on there to give off more of an elegant look.

Do just give me some ideas, please and thank you!

My whole room is done in black, white, and red.

I was never really into pink frilly things and I don't like that ugly wood color most furniture is in so I got everything in black.

My curtains are black and I've got a big black ufo chair. Comforter, Tv Stand, all of it is black. My tv and stereo are silver and black.

As for your walls, if you're into photography, you could take some black and white photos, frame 'em and put them on the walls to add some color. It not only looks good but, it adds personalization.

You want to be punk but not immature. So instead of sticking with the punk designs and such just stick with the punkish colors. Accesories could be the punkish clothes in you closet. What I did to display my closet is took off the doors and made sure it was organized by color. and a fun thing i did with my shoes was bought boxes that they fit in and taped pictures of them to the box so i knew which ones was in which box.
