I believe it's still docked at Castaway Cay.
In order to get there you have to book a Disney Cruise abroad a Disney Cruise Line Ship. Once you reach the desination, they let you off and explore Castaway Cay.
But it depends on which ship and place you are traveling on.

Disney Cruise Lines will take you there! As mentioned about, it is on Castaway Cay.
