Generally it takes up to a year and a half. But it depends on your specific cycle and the way your body adjusts to hormones.

I was on depo for five years and I got my period EXACTLY three months from my last shot! It took my sister who had been on for three years six months to bleed at all and another six before she was regular again.

Are you trying to concieve or have you gone to another form of bc? All of these things can have an effect on you. I would not worry but talk to your dr if you have questions!

I have talked to other women who have done Depo-Provera and then came off and found that sometimes their period didn't come back til a year after they went off the medication.

I would recommend also double checking with your dr to see what they think.
