HAPPY BIRTHDAY! What i would do is get a picture of you and your son and put it on one big cake. If you have time. And if you don't, buy two seperate cakes one of your favorite and one of his favorite superhero or heroes. Or have your birthday party on differents days. Yours on one day, his on the other. Good Luck!
Happy Birthday, again.

Perhaps you can have a birthday in the winter, you know how they do christmas in July!Have something normal & Fun today in the middle of winter have a ice skating party (or something that has to do with winter) with his friends and maybe a sleepover with birthday cakes and every can still sing happy Birthday to him so he has his very own birthday! Dont worry when he gets older he wont dislike it so much. Good Luck!Happy Birthday to the both of you!!!

Just celebrate his birthday. Show him how special he is. Have him a cake decorated the way he wants it and let him pick out the flavors and ice cream as well. I think you should make a big deal about his birthday.

Definatly not the same cake. Also, show him that you don't have big parties and do it the day before or the day after. Then he'll get used to it, and you can celebrate smaller for him on the same day.

Separate cakes if you must celebrate together, but I think that's rather selfish of you. I know it's your birthday, but you're old enough to deal without it. Find another time to celebrate your birthday. Let your son have his day.
Good luck and of course, happy birthday!!

What time was he born? Maybe you could mark the time he was born as it is different to yours. You could give him a small party or take him to the movie with a friend on a different day, he may think it is cool to have the same birthday if he gets to celebrate it twice.

Yeah, I would celebrate the birthdays on two differnet days, and if you don't that than at least get two different cakes.

I can see how this would be hard on him. I would get him his own cake and celebrate you birthday on a different day.

Depending on his age let him open your present for you. He probably won't be interested in owning the gift just the thrill that he can open for you.Have the dad/family go to rest.for ur b'day??even following wkend?Mc dlds brkfast?? By the way what a present? a baby! happy happy to U both!!!!!
