No, I believe the closest to doing this would be Tampa Bay. The Bucs won the Super Bowl for the 2002 season in January of 2003 and the Lightning the followed by winning the Stanley Cup for the 2003 - 2004 season.

I just made a spreadsheet that tracks the champions in the 4 major sports.
I had to decide what a sports "year" encompassed for such a determination.
Since baseball is the first sport to start in a calendar year, followed by hockey, football, and basketball, I used that as my guide.
There have been no combinations using that criteria according to my database which was collected from the websites of the sports in question.

I am not sure about this, but I do know that Chicago holds the record for being in the finals for 3 of the 4 major sports in the same year. Blackhawks, Bulls and (I think) Cubs back in the day.
