    The Army has recently increased the weight for females, and redid the "tape" test.

    23 is a typical age for individuals getting into the army. the only time you may experience old is that in case you flow by using undemanding interior the summertime with all the youngsters who basically finished extreme college. the army is a good pastime. Any excuse to lose that weight is a good excuse because you're on the path to being ineffective via 40 precise now.

    Maximum weight for your age group and height is 116lbs, and maximum body fat percentage is 30%.

    There's an online BMI calculator on the Army's Hooah 4 Health website at - http://www.hooah4health.com/4You/bmi.htm . While that does not explain what formula is used, it will give you an idea of your BMI, but also explains how the BMI has limitations and doesn't always give accurate information.
