is there still any legal rights for a spouse even if she had signed a pre-nuptial agreement?

    Before you sign anything, have your own lawyer read over the agreement and explain it to you in words you can understand. When I was in University, I worked as a secretary for a lawyer and I had a hard time understanding what the heck something meant by the time I got to the end of the sentence I was typing. DO NOT ask your future husband's attorney to explain the agreement to you because his job it to see to the protection of your future husband. You need to have an attorney who is being paid to look after your best interests. Trust me, it will be money well spent.
