if I am in my 40 and 5'4 what should I weigh?

    you should weigh what is comfortable for you to carry within your bmi. So if your legs start to ache and you feel it is because you are to heavy then you loose. If you feel you can run and jump, and have no problems then your weight should be fine.

    If you're a small frame: approx lbs 114-127; medium frame lbs124-138; large frame lbs134-151.

    Age does not really have much to do with it. Those are guidelines only and there are of course individual variances. A good thing would be to have your body fat ration measured as this would probably a better indicator than the above.
