Why is the tax system anti-small business?

After the April 15, I realized with what I paid into Social Security, what I could have fully funded a Roth IRA, for my wife and me. Because of the cap, an employee never has to pay that much. I'm glad that employees who make good money don't have to waste as much money on a system that is ineffecint, but why must I? Because I'm self employed? I also pay property tax on equipment to run the business. Get that, taxes on equipment that I bought to run the business more efficiently, that I already paid sales tax on, I get taxed again.

Half of the people in this country are employed by small businesses, small business that drives the economy, yet the government has tax policies that are anti-small business.

Because their primary goal is 'big government' who has control of everything and everyone. They are slowly but surely turning this Nation into a Socialist goverment where they can control all area of our lives.

The American dream of reaching a rewarding life is a fantasy and out of date for them.

Too many people really want the government to take care of them and want to abolish initative, thus, the Dems are encouraged in reversing 200 plus years of the greatest country in the world and is essentially turning us into a Socialist government and those who have been deceived now will not be very happy. We will eventually be divided like Iraq, Iran, Cuba and all the other Socialist Countrys that people try to escape from.

I'm precisely in the same boat that you're in. We're the employers who get slammed the hardest. I too must pay for inventory that I've previously paid for and equipment that I own.

One more reason to get FAIR TAX into action and end this stuff.

Sadly it is because Big Business puts up the money that puts politicians in office.

Big Business wants laws that make their lives easier while making life harder for would-be competitors.

Small Business can't compete against that kind of influence.
