How hot are Bell Pepper (red/green capsicum) SEEDS on the Scoville Scale?

I have been trying to find this information online with no success. The seeds I am talking about are the ones in normal capsicums you might have at home (called just capsicum in Australia, called bell peppers in the US).

I know that the capsicum/bell pepper itself has a Scoville Rating of 0, but I am wondering about the seeds.

Any Chilli fans know this?

(for those curious, Scoville Scale explained: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scoville_scale )

Update:

I perhaps should have mentioned that my friend accidentally left a seed in the cooking and when it got to his mouth, he thought it was extremely hot. That is why I ask.

Update 2:

All those saying they are ZERO - you have consumed the seeds or just the outside of the pepper/capsicum?

Update 3:

haha, okay I just ate one from a green one - I didn't taste anything. You can all go smack my friend, now! =D

Thanks for the answers!

they are not spicy at all. they are very mild, and the peppers are actually somewhat sweet.

Did the test seed come from a Red or Green Pepper? There's possibly a difference, depending whether the seed was mature or not...and it might make a difference if the seed is dried too.

    Anyway, who was Scoville?

DaBomb's Final Answer is 1.5 million on the Scoville scale. One drop and I was rolling on the ground :3 Carolina Sauce company has it on sale at the moment, and I don't see any disclaimers saying they don't ship worldwide.

If it is not significant enough to be listed on the scoville scale, then maybe they do not have any capsicum at all...?
