No one has given a definite answer to that question but there were some clues that could mean there would possibly be another one...During one scene in the movie there was a front page headline saying that Doc Ock was still on the loose.

With any movie franchise you have to look at the fact that sooner or later the actors will become too old to play the parts they are playing so while the movies may go on later, we may not see the same actors in the roles...
