Mom, arguing and despise her.?
i can still help her financially if I get my own place. i think the benefit of me getting my own apartment, rather than living in the same house with my mother, b/c there will be that distance and fondness that comes with not being nagged 24/7. and less arguing and animosity. so, i will help her financially and get my own apartment. the advantages outweigh the disadvantages! your opinion?

i think your doing the right thing in moving out... my family was driving me crazy so i went away to college and now we get along better then ever because we're not always around eachother plus they treat me better and miss me cause im not always there...it will definitely bring you guys closer eventually... you should go for it!

You didn't say what all the nagging was about. If it is because of your life style and drinking and catting around with first one guy and then another and bringing them home overnight she might have a good point.
