You are right! They do suck! You should dress however you want. You know what? I'm 25 years old and when I was in school, I got or heard other people get the same crap you are getting. What they don't know is when they are out of school and on their own, they are in the same boat that you are in. I talked to a girl that I went to school with who picked on me miserably about being a "copy cat" and she was talking to me like we were best friends in school. It's amazing how people grow up, isn't it? My point is, there is NOTHING wrong with changing you style....as much as you want. Why do you think they call it STYLE? That is what I would ask them. Just watch how they stumble all over themselves. After all, they are just "clothes". FYI....I do the same thing, just in different ways.....so I guess that makes me a "poser"....HAHA!

People call me goth and I dont try to look goth. I just have black low lights in my hair and I ussally wear dark cloths, which is what I am most comfortable in. But then when I wear something bright they call me a poser or a prep. and to tell you the truth, it really doesnt bother me. i dont care what people think, I love me for me and they can just get over it. if they dont like me and what I do then they arent worth my time.

The people calling you a poser are most likely posers themselves! Just forget about them and where what ever you want to!

Just dress how you feel comfortable, and there's no problem with it.

HOWEVER, if you're just dressing like everyone else and you really don't feel good wearing what you're wearing, then it's a bad thing.

Just as long as you like what you wear, no matter what style it is, then it's okay to switch styles.

tell them that you can dress however you want! their just a bunch of losers! i hate it when people think just because you change your style your a poser. they should look the meaning up of poser. i say just ignore them! :)

That is so stupid. Just because they aren't creative and can only wear one stereotypical style doesn't mean you have to. It's not like you are changing your whole personality; you are just changing your looks! Hope this helps! :)

no...of course not! dress however you want to and wear what you feel comfortable and yourself in. i think it was either in a ferris bueller movie..maybe it was pretty in pink...but the guy friend changed his style and attitude every day but he was unique and he didn't care.
