Have you ever given away something that you wanted to keep, because God told you to? What was it?

I bought a brand new Women of Faith Bible for $30. But I never read it for some reason-everytime I went to open it I would shut it and open up my NIV Rainbow Bible. I felt God urging me to give the Bible away, so I gave it to my aunt. It turns out she had always wanted a Women of Faith Bible and now it is the one that she brings everywhere with her.

Not because God told me to, but it just seemed mean not to...

This was about 18 years ago, and where I was working, we did a Secret Santa deal, lasting about a week. One day, for my Secret Santa, I did an English tea, with my personal tea set. She thought that the tea set was part of the gift, and as much as I wanted to keep it, I couldn't bear to tell her that, so she got to keep it, and was thrilled. =0)
