What's an effctive pitch in men's slow pitch softball?

Me and the boys are are going to a softball tournament and there's money at stake. We scrimmaged against another team yesterday and got creamed all because of our offense. The other team's pitcher was throwing nothing but knuckballs. Now the problem wasn't getting stuck out but no matter how hard or how much contact we made with the K-ball it just went nowhere. So I'm trying to teach our pitcher how to throw a K-ball. Is there a website that can show me how? I have found alot of baseball websites on youtube but I can't find any softball ones. Please help.
