How did you get your current job??

I was required to do an intership in grad school and I did it here. The position opened up after I finsihed my internship and my boss really wanted me for it. I doubt I would have gotten it unless he knew me and my work ethic.

I was a temp, it was the only way to get into this company at the time. After I got hire on permanently I got 2 promotions the first year. I've been here 8 years now

I was the Records Info Asst in the office when the assistant registrar gave her notice. I told the boss I was interested in the job.

My former boss sent my resume to my current boss at my request. I had to fill out the state application in addition to the resume, but with my former boss's help, I got the job pretty easily.

I am self employed. Got a contractors license and liability insurance and away I went.

I like not having to answer to anyone but myself.
