How do you use a multi-CD player 6 disc in a car?

if it is a 6 disc in dash you will have a load button on the radio. if so hit this button once then wiat til the light turns green or the radio says load. repeat for all six disc

I have a 2003 Mercury Sable which looks like it has a multi-CD player in the car (it has a button that has T/Disc 1-6, and it has a shuffle button that you can use for the 6 CDs). So when I saw that, I thought you can put 6 CDs in.

If your car is the LS Premium, and has the 6 cd changer built into the dash, you should be able to pick a slot and load each CD individually. For example, click Disk 6, and it should say "no disc" Then just insert your disc and repeat for each of the 6 slots. Once all discs are in, then you should be able to shuffle between them fairly easy. If your car isn't an LS premium, then you do not have a 6 cd changer.

You're car probably doesnt have a 6 disc changer. My parents have a sable and they have the button for 6 cds also but its only a single cd player.

well if its a factory stereo it has the ability to add a six disk CD changer that is compatible with it, but right now in its current state you cant have 6 disks in there at a time. If you want to have a 6 disk changer you will have to go to the ford dealership, and I say ford because thats who makes mercury, but you have to go there and order a 6 disk cd changer for it then, those butons that you see on the stereo will actually come in handy, but the dealership is going to charge you and arm and a leg for their peace of **** cd changer. You can go to a car audio store and buy a new deck and aftermarket cd changer, that will be better and cheaper than the factory cd changer alone.

I have a honda civic with a 6 cd in the truck how do you insert the cd i put them in and the player runs thru the tracks but nothing happens could i be doing something wrong
