What is the best way to reattach an vinyl inground pool liner?

We had the liner installed last year and this year when I opened it I discovered the vinyl liner was detached in several spots. I called the installer, but apparently they are too busy to return phone calls.

Please don't google this answer, I've already done that.

Thanks in Advance for your help.

Update:

the trim has never come off.

DO NOT DRAIN YOUR POOL WATER! You will not have good results at all if you do that. You should be able to just snap the liner back in place (that is, if there is a bead on top of the liner) - give us a call at 877-525-POOL (7665) and we'll try to help you out.

U need to drain all the water out and replace the plastic trim parts. Did those come off? U will need to get one person in side to smooth out the wringles and another person to pull on the liner and replace the trim.
