    Lube, lots and lots of lube. Even if you don't have much of an issue with vaginal dryness lube makes sex better. But seriously, lots of women have trouble with vaginal dryness and there are many different types of lubrication on the market. Someone once told me "Lube makes everything better"

    There is a really good personal lubricant by ID, Millennium Lubricant, its silicone bases and it is NEVER sticky

    Maybe you are dehydrated. Drink lots of fluids first. Something maybe wrong, so maybe you should see a doctor.
