Well, since she is not your superior, why worry about her, ask her directly in a polite way, " Yes, anything i can do for you, if not, please, i cannot work with someone watching, sorry ya"
In return, if you dare and is willingly, you can also watch her work and see what is the reaction from her.
Please be reminded that Colleague is not a friend.

Ignore her. Unless she has been hired to supervise you, in which case you can't ignore her and she is just doing her job.
If you ignore her, she will not have the experience of being your unofficial supervisor. There won't be an enjoyment in it for her. She needs to feel that you are responding to her supervision.
