is there some type of software to track what a person does on your computer?
I have a room mate that i think is looking at kiddie porn but he removes all the cookies and the history help me so i can kick him out if need be.

You can get keyloggers and similar software, however, your security software will probably consider it malicious software and want to delete it for you.

keyloggers work well you can find some free ones just search for "keylogger"
