I live in France, married to a French man. Am I supposed to file for taxes even though I have no income?
Did I mention that I am American?

I'm American and lived in Tunisia for a year. Although I received a salary, it was below the taxable amount (which is around $10,000/year), and was not required to file at all. I went to H&R Block to find out and the lady even called a supervisor about it. So no matter where you live, if you make less than that you don't have to file.
Hope this helps!

I don't think so, but your husband will mention you when he files for taxes.
You might be able to find more information on the official site of the Ministère de l'Economie et des Finances:
