Dubya will never step down.
This entire clusterf**k in iraq is due to his inability to admit he has made mistakes.
He will either be impeached, and forced from office (leaving preznit 'shoot 'em in the face' Cheney - unless they can take him down with Dubya), or he will serve out his term.
Either way, Dubya doesn't know 'the right thing to do' from his a$$.
